The Opportunity

Join our dynamic team as a Robots and Process Automation Team Manager, where you'll lead the development of cutting-edge RPA solutions using UiPath and AI technologies. Based within Merchant Services but working across the entire company, you'll manage a talented team of 5-7 RPA developers while driving automation strategies that transform business processes company-wide.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and implement RPA strategies using UiPath and AI solutions to automate business processes across the company
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5-7 RPA developers, including resource planning, task allocation, and prioritization of validated opportunities
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide coaching to foster professional growth and skill development
• Maintain stakeholder communication with business teams, project managers, developers, and Centers of Excellence
• Support project managers and developers with escalations to resolve blockers and technical challenges
• Ensure governance and compliance for RPA implementations while managing process adaptations and change requests
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to drive collaboration and project success 
• Track RPA financials and drive continuous improvement of processes and collaboration within the RPA area

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, or related fields
• Proven experience in managing RPA projects and teams, preferably with UiPath platform
• Strong people management skills with experience in team leadership, mentoring, and performance management
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities with experience working across different organizational levels
• Strong analytical skills with ability to understand and optimize new business processes
• Structured and well-organized approach with ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Multidimensional thinking, proactivity, and excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Conflict resolution skills and ability to manage change effectively within teams
• Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills for international collaboration
