The Opportunity
Join a dynamic team within the Business & Product Strategy division of Omnichannel Interactions, which comprises over 250 employees. We are looking for a motivated individual to join the Product Managers team and contribute to the international growth of Worldline's Contact offering.
Worldline Contact is a CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) solution that enables businesses to manage and optimize their customer relationships across omnichannel voice, chat, email, AI assistants, callbots, instant messaging, WhatsApp, and more. Your mission as a Product Manager will be to strengthen our solution's market position and actively participate in its strategic evolution.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy based on market analysis and customer needs. You will participate in coordinating technical, design, and business teams to continuously conceive, develop, and improve the product.

Defining Product Vision and Strategy
- Analyze the market, competition, and trends to identify opportunities in customer relationship management.
- Define a clear product vision aligned with the company's objectives.
- Develop a strategic roadmap in line with customer needs and business priorities.

Product Lifecycle Management
- Prioritize features based on their value for customers and the company, with a strong focus on intelligent routing and AI automation.
- Liaise with Product Owners responsible for drafting User Stories.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure optimal user experience.
- Work with Product Marketing and Sales teams to position and promote the product.

Analysis and Continuous Improvement
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor key KPIs: satisfaction rates, NPS, resolution rates, response times, etc.
- Experiment with and optimize the product with our dedicated demonstration and innovation teams.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a Product Manager passionate about customer relationship management who has solid experience in developing and managing technological products.
- You are customer-oriented.
- You have significant experience in product management, ideally in the CCaaS domain.
- You are passionate about new technologies and market trends (Cloud, AI, Bot, etc.).
- You have developed strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You are recognized for your rigor, organization, and sense of priorities.
- You are proactive and enjoy collaborating.
- Proficiency in French is essential. English (B2 or C1).
