The Opportunity
Help make Worldline the partner of choice in the Rail Operations market, using our unique expertise and working with the industry to define, build and support a digital ecosystem that will deliver the best possible service to passengers and freight customers. Our software implementation team needs an experienced Project Manager to help us deliver an expanding portfolio of customer projects.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Run technology and transformation projects across the Rail Industry
- Lead the development of the next generation of industry-leading software
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery of products and services into varied environments
- Create and deliver internal and external progress and finance reports to key stakeholders
- Draw upon your professional experience to lead, coach, and mentor your team
Who Are We Looking For

- You can work across different planning and development methodologies, with appropriate accreditation (Agile, PRINCE2)
- You have a proven track record delivering large projects in complex environments to time, budget, and quality constraints
- You have the ability to absorb and analyse complex scenarios, to bridge the gap between customer desires and technical constraints
- You have the motivation and passion to turn accumulated expertise into customer benefit
- You demonstrate excellent planning and communication skills, and the enthusiasm to share learning with your team
- You master balancing varied stakeholder requirements on an interdependent environment
- 4+ years working in Project Management.
