We are looking for an accomplished Product Manager with a passion for innovating and shaping the next generation of payment products. You will be responsible for driving the enablement of PPaaS across various endpoints like payment devices,  point of sales and smartphones through PPaaS deliverables such as dedicated applications with state-of-the-art UX and, SDKs and APIs.

You will work closely with PPaaS clients and partners, PPaaS product and technology teams, to design and lead the roadmap of your products to enable PPaaS aggregated, orchestrated and innovative services for in-person journeys.  

You will look at defining solutions across our assets and challenge status quo where needed so that the solutions fulfil our client needs at best and reduce time-to-market for all relevant stakeholders for our global markets.

You will be acting to deliver the terminal-agnostic vision of PPaaS.


Your day-to-day responsibilities include to:

  • Be a leader, thought partner, and an integral part of a team of high performing product managers.
  • Drive your products and focus on customer experience with executable market and business requirements, end-to-end user journeys, feature requirements while managing scope of each release cycle.
  • Develop innovative products and services that leverages assets in our ecosystem based on deep customer insights and a strong understanding of the future of global payments.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive API product strategy that feeds into roadmap.
  • Create and manage your product roadmap, prioritization, and ensure consistent execution of the product lifecycle process from ideation to launch.
  • Understand the ecosystem and the evolving needs and challenges of the total value chain from service providers, to acquirers, merchants and consumers and ensure products are tailored to meet those needs.
  • Own experience, product and business outcomes.
  • Be the product champion on your areas internally, including to be the voice of the customer, and externally, including with the customers and the partners in your area.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape in the payment and device space.


Skills we can’t do without:

  • You have 5 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or at least 3 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) in a similar role.
  • You have significant experience in software for payment devices, payment standards, Software Developing Kits and API-based products, cloud-based products ; you demonstrate passion for driving payments innovation.
  • You possess significant experience in product management with a track record of developing and executing a product vision for successfully scaling products based on deep understanding of customer needs.
  • You prove solid knowledge of agile software development practices with hands on experience.

Skills we’d like:

  • You have 7-10 years of work experience and a Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or 6 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD). An additional degree in business is a plus.
  • You have keen eye for optimal designs and consumer experiences including experience building commerce platforms.
  • You have a strong technical background with a proven ability to entertain high-level architecture discussion with a team of developers, customers and partners that support the products and solutions definition.
  • You have experience with Android and iOS operating systems
  • You can demonstrate a proven leadership capabilities including strong thought leadership, ability to drive for results and effective decision making ; you are comfortable making decisions with limited data, structuring abstract problem statements and defining solution path for execution.
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills are critical as the Product Manager must work across various functional areas internally and with external partners and customers.
  • You master problem-solving with a strong focus on client success.
