The Opportunity

 

Join our Athens office as an Office Manager where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and creating a productive work environment for our growing team. You'll be the central point of contact for office coordination and help maintain our workplace as a welcoming space for employees and visitors.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

 

• Oversee daily office operations and coordinate maintenance of office equipment

• Act as the company's point of contact for on-site service providers (cleaning services, security etc) and ensure a well-maintained office environment

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services

• Manage office inventory, supplies procurement, and space allocation

• Assist with health and safety compliance and facility inspections

• Coordinate office-related communications to staff 

• Manage the reception area, handling visitors, incoming parcels, and official correspondence

• Experience in office management or administration

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Problem-solving aptitude with proactive approach

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Relevant certification in administration (preferred)

• Experience with procurement processes and vendor management (preferred)
