The Opportunity

 

As a Tech Support professional, you will play a vital role in the daily development activities and be actively involved in resolving production issues. You will work closely with the production support team to monitor and address issues on the live system, ensuring smooth operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for effective communication with clients, which will help you enhance your technical skills and develop your professional expertise. Key Responsibilities

 

  • Support and resolve issues in Java-based web applications (JSP, Servlets, JavaScript, AJAX)
  • Monitor live systems and manage support tickets from start to resolution
  • Collaborate with technical teams to fix production problems
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders

 


Technical Skills & Qualifications

 

 

  • Bachelor/Master in IT, IT Security, Engineering or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years supporting Java web applications
  • Experience with Java, JSP, Servlets, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, HTML/CSS
  • Knowledge of RDBMS like MS SQL and Oracle
  • Experience with web servers (Tomcat, JBoss) and web services (REST, SOAP)
  • Good troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Location: Mumbai
