Join us as a problem-solving dynamo, taking ownership of query resolution and driving operational excellence in the Payment Card Industry. We seek big thinkers with a passion for learning, adept in communication, and armed with in-depth knowledge of Credit/Debit card organizations. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

 

  • Handle queries from internal & external stakeholders.
  • Should take ownership of problem resolution.
  • Keen to learn business processes and operational impact. 
  • Good query handling and customer support capability.
  • The candidate will deliver all operational activity as per TAT in the Payment Card Industry.

 

Who Are We Looking For

  • In-depth knowledge of Credit card/Debit Card related organizations - mandatory.
  • Team leading skills.
  • Good communication skills. Quick & good learner and team player.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to take initiative in problem-solving.
  • Must be a Graduate and also have at least basic knowledge of the payment card industry.
