The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Manager - Legal with 4-5 years of experience to lead commercial legal operations and provide comprehensive legal support across business functions, including contract management, risk assessment, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Legal Work: Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with customers, banks, vendors, and partners.

• Risk Assessment: Evaluate tenders and RFPs to identify legal risks and provide strategic solutions to business teams.

• Contract Management: Handle MSAs, software agreements, licensing agreements, lease agreements, MoUs, NDAs, and teaming agreements.

• Legal Documentation: Prepare Powers of Attorney, affidavits, submissions, applications, and notices.

• Cross-functional Support: Provide legal assistance to Finance, Risk, Audit, Compliance, and Technology teams including M&A activities.

• Litigation Support: Assist with litigation and dispute management processes.

• Legal MIS: Prepare and maintain legal reporting systems for management.

• Digital Transformation: Support digitization initiatives for legal department processes.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) with additional qualifications preferred.

• Experience: 4-5 years in commercial legal practice, preferably in technology or financial services.

• Contract Expertise: Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.

• Legal Analysis: Ability to assess complex legal issues and provide practical business solutions.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills with stakeholder management experience.
