The Opportunity
As an Manager – Fund Reconciliation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions. Your expertise in fund reconciliation processes, attention to detail, and understanding of financial operations will help maintain the trust and stability of our financial systems. You will act as a key point of contact between the finance team and other operational units, facilitating seamless coordination, resolving discrepancies, and supporting the overall financial integrity of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end fund and bank reconciliation, identify differences, and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and publish daily MIS reports and dashboards.
- Manage exception handling and follow up with stakeholders.
- Support process improvements and ensure data accuracy.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- 6-10 years' experience in fund/bank reconciliation, preferably in payments or banking sectors.
- B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Financial Management.
- Strong Excel skills and familiar with reconciliation tools.
- Good communication, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Location: Mumbai
