Position Overview:
As a Documentation Specialist, you play a pivotal role in ensuring that there is process documentation and work instructions in place, and that they are up to date.
You work closely with colleagues within Risk Operations and other business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges. This includes the following key responsibilities:

- Support with defining strategy and structure for storing and working with process documentation and work instructions within Risk Operations
- Support with collecting all existing process documentation and migrating it to a new knowledge hub
- Create work instructions for new tools and operational ways of working
- Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning complex subjects into a language that is easily understood
- Work collaboratively with the Risk Ops teams to standardize documentation and work instructions across teams
- Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop and write work instructions and process documentation
- Be a collaborative team player environment, ensuring that we are working effectively together
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
- Experience in technical writing, and experience in risk management is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Experience in writing documentation and procedure or manuals for various audiences
- Superb written communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
