Join our team as a Business Analyst where you'll spearhead impactful initiatives by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to analyze business requirements. Documenting intricate processes and facilitating key meetings, you'll ensure the seamless execution of solutions. With a focus on solution documentation and test plan execution, you'll play a pivotal role in project success. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

 

  • Collaborating with external and internal stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Documenting business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
  • Facilitating meetings and workshops to obtain required information for providing right solution.
  • Creating and maintaining Solution documentation such as Solution Dicuments, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Assisting in the development and execution of test plans and scenarios.
  • Providing support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborating with project management team for monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks or issues.
  • Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and project success.
  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives and recommending enhancements to streamline workflows.

 

Who Are We Looking For

  • Understanding of merchant Acquiring business, payment card industry regulations and standards, Merchant Onboarding process, Clearing and settlement processes, PCI DSS standards, card network rules and payment processing workflows.
  • Proficient in analyzing payment card solution business processes, covering transaction processing, fraud detection, chargebacks and reconciliation with at least 4 years of experience.
  • Skill in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements from stakeholders and translating them into functional specifications document for development and testing teams.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to the payment card industry.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, vendors and regulatory authorities.
  • Proficient in recognizing and addressing complex business challenges, propose innovative solutions and make data-driven decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Experience in managing projects related to payment card systems implementation, upgrades, and compliance initiatives and risk management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate productive discussions and meetings.
  • Commitment to staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting the payment card industry to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
