The Opportunity
As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Your insights will play a crucial role in the documentation of business processes and workflows, ultimately shaping the solutions we provide.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to obtain necessary information for effective solutions.
- Create and maintain solution documentation such as Solution Documents, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans and scenarios.
- Provide support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Partner with the project management team to monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and project success.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements to streamline workflows.

- Domain knowledge in merchant acquiring business, payment gateways, digital payment solutions, and payment card industry regulations.
- Proficient in analyzing digital payment solution business processes, with at least 5+ years of experience in transaction processing, fraud detection, chargebacks, and reconciliation.
- Strong skills in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into functional specifications for development and testing teams.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to the payment card industry.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with a diverse range of stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Experience in managing projects related to payment card systems implementation, upgrades, and compliance initiatives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Commitment to staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting the payment card industry.
