Experience : 3 to 6 years

Job Description

We are looking for a candidate with PMO skills to support Workforce Management on the need alongside WGS internal activities for MeTS Division.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain Headcount File for Subcontractors and forecasting for open positions.
  • Purchase Order Creation for Offshore and Onshore Subcontractors as per request raised for Work Force Management.
  • WGS MTS Staff file validation as per Headcount file as per Job Category with global HR data across Division/Department wise.
  • Validation of Subco Invoices as per day rates and actual working days, getting Business Approvals to process for GRN
  • Subco DAS Accounts Management ( Creation/Extension/Modification )
  • Monthly Subco Accrual/provision file maintenance as per GRN actioned.
  • Assisting PM for Project wise resource allocation / WBS Creation / queries in Planview.
  • Timesheet Management – Co-ordinate with PM for Project team timesheet completion / deletion.
  • Good rapport creation with – Project Managers, Finance, HR, IT personnel
  • Any ad-hoc tasks given by PM/Stakeholders

  • Good English proficiency and communication skills (UK Business)
  • MS Excel (Good skill)
  • Power BI ( Good to have )
