The Opportunity
As an Assistant Manager for Products and Solutions, you will primarily be responsible for merchant acquiring solutions and products, ensuring that our offerings align with customer requirements and enhance their experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Understand business requirements from customers and create functional documentation covering the product solution.
  • Conduct requirement elicitation, including scope planning, definition, and documentation, collaborating with stakeholders for reviews and sign-offs.
  • Identify opportunities for product enhancements and drive associated projects in line with business goals.
  • Manage product demos and presentations to customers.
  • Provide inputs to the Pre-Sales group for proposals and RFP responses.
  • Develop standard offerings with a long-term perspective, taking competition into account.
  • Assess product feature gaps against competitive offerings and client expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team to gather inputs on proposed solutions and efforts.

  • Must have experience in the Payment Card Industry.
  • Preferred experience in the merchant acquiring domain.
  • Knowledge of scheme mandates is an added advantage.
  • Awareness of compliance and regulatory practices in the payments domain.
  • Approximately 3 years of experience in requirement management and business analyst roles.
  • Ability to understand implicit and explicit requirements.
  • Proficiency in converting customer requirements into product solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking capability along with successful execution.
  • A dedicated team player who is self-directed and willing to multitask on various projects.
