The Opportunity
We are seeking an Assistant Manager in Fraud Risk Management (FRM) to oversee the monitoring of transactions and alerts for fraud detection and prevention. This role is critical to our commitment to compliance and reducing financial losses through effective fraud management strategies.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Monitor transactions and alerts for fraud detection and prevention on a real-time basis.
• Utilize business understanding and hands-on experience with fraud monitoring systems/tools.
• Track trends through data analysis, working on “early warning signals” and alerts.
• Detect and prevent fraud to minimize financial losses.
• Analyze fraud trends and create or update rules accordingly; conduct preliminary investigations of fraud cases.
• Write and manage risk rules.
• Periodically review and suggest modifications for processes, systems, or tools to close gaps.
• Prepare dashboards, MIS, and reports for senior management.
• Handle internal and external communications.
• Report fraud to all relevant stakeholders.

• Minimum qualification of a B.Com Graduate.
• 4 years of work experience in AML Screening and FRM Transaction Monitoring or in processes associated with Fraud Risk Management in the issuing or acquiring portfolio of the payment industry.
