The Go-To-Market “Global Sales & Verticals” manages a budget > 400M€ over different geographies and products, for more than 1000 global and international customers and partners. This region has a specific focus on vertical segments like Retail, Petrol, Hospitality, Travel, Self-Service, and is clearly a growth region for Merchant Services.

 

The “Sales Operations” team manages the business reporting and analytics for the different verticals, define and support the internal processes, and participate in implementation of the strategy for the region (pipe reviews, ARROWs,…). Commercial planning, and different financial consolidations are requested to be managed within the region.

The team “Processes and Tools” will optimize Processes and Practices for the Go-To-Market, and support the different teams in using various tools and knowledge base. Key information and practices are based on Salesforce.

 

Key Activities of the Team : Organize Account Management Plans (define semester plans and organize weekly meetings), Define New Processes on management request, Improve Team Efficiency, Sales Excellence  and Customer Interactions.

Develop the use of Salesforce in Go-To-Market, organize customer allocation & ownership, Opportunities, Forecasts, Products. Propose dashboards, Automated Reporting. Support of Marketing campaigns and Management Approvals

Investigate Collaboration Tools, validate new tools & systems, Data Analytics.

 

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Develop the use of Salesforce in the different teams - Salesforce Champion and Key User
  • Training & motivating management & users
  • SF Administration : user request, selection of profiles & roles, permission assignments, deactivation requests, improvements & change requests, issue & escalation management
  • New functionalities : what do we need, how do we make it work for our team, testing & communication to various stakeholders.
  • Project management (if needed)
  • Data Quality Enforcement : setting the right standards
  • Optimization where possible
  • Organize Account Management Plans
  • Collaborate on new process developments – define / train / support
  • Review possible improvements in Go-To-Market practices – Publish improved processes – Train teams
  • Define and train on best practices in Collaboration Tools (Windows365 – Mails - Teams – Confluence,…)
  • Write management reports or analyses – define KPIs

  • Use of Collaboration Tools - EXCEL (Pivot, formulas) – Data Analytics
