Business Development Manager

The DCC Roll out and boost Team within Merchant Services – Business Management Office ensures the optimal distribution of various products in cooperation with the different Global Business Lines. To ensure the success of Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) we are looking for a suitable DCC Consultant at the earliest possible date.


Your Duties:

  • Contribute to the development and coverage increase of the Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) service globally.
  • Consulting sales units on high potential merchants, on increased DCC conversion and new distribution channel opportunities.
  • Further development and marketing of the DCC service by communicating and executing on the shared vision via DCC consultancy and support towards internal and external clients.
  • Consult merchants in the area of DCC in coordination with the global Key-Account Management and local sales units.
  • Analyze markets, customer experiences and needs as well as, potentials with the processing of large amounts of data.
  • Support in the sales process (pre- & after-sales) with international customers.
  • Drive the DCC performance/hit rates - conducting sales trainings and presentations for front of house employees (e.g. hotel reception, luxury stores, branch and store managers).
  • Support marketing and go to market teams with campaign management activities.
  • Collaborate across business lines and support colleagues in the team, who operate from various European metropolises.



Your Profile:


  • Bachelor degree (or above) with commercial background.
  • Experienced in project management, understanding of account and sales management
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, effective organization skills
  • Excellent in English and French orally and in writing - one additional language would be a plus (German, Spanish or Italian)
  • Willing and able to travel within Europe.
  • An entrepreneurial thinker and good with numbers.
  • Experienced and knowledge of processes in the segments: hotel, petrol, retail, travel and/or luxury.
  • Experience in payments, DCC or Tax-Free Service is a big advantage.
  • Experience in analyzing trends, forecasts and consultancy services is an advantage.
  • PC and Office user knowledge (Microsoft Office).
  • Driving license.
