The Opportunity

 

The Project Delivery Manager (PDE) will be responsible for the direction and coordination of the execution phase of a project (between the QA phase and the start of support), including the deployment remotely.

The PDE will supervise the installation of the HW/SW products included in the solution , their configuration and test, achieving the acceptance from the customer through the execution of an agreed UAT book.

 

Installation and deployment of our solutions at customer site will be delivered in a consistent and predictable way to keep our business promises, increase customer satisfaction, and reduce subsequent support calls.

 

The PDE will handle multiple aspects of the project delivery activity:

 

  • Plan and prepare the deployment according to an agreed project plan
  • Track all project deliverables from various participants (Ingenico development team, partners and customer organizations)
  • Remotely executes the UAT (User Acceptance Test)
  • Performance qualification (non-functional)
  • Management of escalations during UAT

 

The successful candidate will work directly with Worldline CSM to ensure that projects will be delivered smoothly from installation to UAT.

The position requires minimum 2-4 years of experience in an equivalent the position and similar market segment.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

 

  • Project Management
    • Ensures that all delivery activities are executed according to the contract clauses
    • Facilitates information (liaison) transfer between Ingenico development, field and customers
    • Manages escalations during the UAT
  • Project deployment
    • Ensures a smooth information flow across all project between actors
      • Technical and logistic linkage with the end users and partners
      • Timeliness and completeness of deliverables
    • Orchestrates project lifecycle
      • Initial installation of released SW kits from QA
      • Facilitates (as needed) the flow of operational information between end-users and support in case of complex issues during UAT
      • Solution E2E configuration
      • Execution of UAT book (User Acceptance Test)
      • Operational qualification (functional, connection with GW, application interoperability inside the terminal, etc.)
      • Performance qualification (non-functional)
  • Maintain Knowledge of our Installations
    • Assures a complete project knowledge transfer to the L2 support team and, if required, to end-user operations, setting the condition for a minimal subsequent involvement of delivery and development teams
