Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• You Analyse Requirements and Functional Specifications in order to determine test objectives / test cases
• You manage Test writing phase: creation of test book containing test cases accordingly to specific documentation.
• You manage Test execution phase: execute test cases prepared in previous phase and track activity using internal tool.
• You lead Defect Management: track all defect discovered during the execution phase and support the internal defect management process.
• You lead User Acceptance Test: manage UAT phase with the customer and related issues that can be arise.
• You perform Regression test: a predetermined test book verifying results across the application.
• You report all test activities using standard template in order to give to stakeholders all information needed to take suitable decisions.
• You work in a cross-functional Agile team with functional analysts,  technical analysts and developer to test that new software development cover all requisites collected from the client, following common guidelines and predetermined test strategy.
• You will follow all test phases, working with specific documentation and identifying appropriate test needed to be performed on card processing application. You will also create a  test report and progress creation, in order to give to stakeholders all information needed to take suitable decisions.

Signs of success

• You have knowledge of debit and credit cards domain and card schemes (Visa, MasterCard, etc.);  

• You preferably have previous experience in testing activities (in particular in test writing and execution) in IT domain projects
• You preferably have knowledge in Test Automation (new test scripts implementation and execution), understanding in test automation tools & frameworks
• You have Proactive attitude, able to align with all stakeholders and recipients of the deliverables and focused on delivering the agreed deliverables in time and quality;

• You have a Bachelor degree in Information Science or Information Technology Engineering;
• You have a proactive and strong sense of work for objectives;
• You are able to operate in an advanced technically and fast-changing environment and to manage several work streams simultaneously;

• You have a validated understanding and experience with SCRUM development methodologies highly appreciated
• You tackle the day-by-day work with curiosity, proactivity, flexibility, accountability and attitude to work in team and in a multicultural environment;

• You have ability to read an to use development languages: (IBM Mainframe Z/OS – CICS platform Cobol, CICS, DB2 and JCL programming environment.Net, PowerShell , JAVA, PL/SQL, …) would be considered as an advantage;
• Experience in using test management/tracking tools (JIRA, xRay, ...);
• You are Italian mother tongue or good level of Italian language, to interface the Italian clients.
• You have a good level of English, spoken and written, working in an international team and environment. Any proven experience in an English-speaking Country will be positively evaluated
