Day-to-Day Responsibilities

 

 

  • Assist in the preparation and customization of sales materials, presentations, and proposals for corporate and large corporate clients.
  • Support the sales team in managing client inquiries, providing timely and accurate information, and addressing client needs professionally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including global departments, to ensure alignment and consistency in sales support activities.
  • Maintain and update client databases with relevant information and interactions.
  • Assist in analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication skills also in English

 

 

Who Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or corporate relations is a plus but not required.
