The Opportunity

As a Testing Environment Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring quality across our payment processing platforms. You'll coordinate vital test resources, manage environments, design and manage Test Environment requirements for all test phases including Test Automation and drive continuous improvement in our testing processes for both internal teams and external clients.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Define and implement the procedures and methods to be used to control the different test environments (platform, tools, framework,

etc.).

• Ensure that the procedures and methods are respected.

• Consider the needs of the test analysts and technical test analysts and work closely with them.

• Inform and convince the interest and usefulness of technical choices to meet the needs of test environments relevant to the levels of

testing addressed.

• Be responsible for the integrity and availability of the platform.

• Define the infrastructure diagrams.

• Design and manage the technical and application testing infrastructures including backup/restore of execution contexts.

• Explain the differences in infrastructure between test and production environments.

• Manage test tools.

• Guarantee the reliability, performance and maintenance of test tools and environments tools.

• Participate in the selection and improvement of test tools.

• Ensure technological watch.

• Define and enforce procedures and methods. Design and manage Test Environment requirements for all test phases including Test

Automation (Implementation of environments as agreed).

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what's next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

• You have over 4 years of experience as a test manager and/or project manager with deep expertise in testing methods.
• You're knowledgeable in test management tools (HP-ALM, JIRA, xRay) and test automation tools (Jenkins, NEOLOAD, SoapUI).
• You possess basic knowledge of development languages like SQL, JAVA, shell scripting, and PL/SQL.
• You understand complex infrastructures including highly available and scalable systems.
• You communicate effectively with excellent moderation techniques and problem-solving abilities.
• You have at least C1 level English proficiency; German or French is an advantage.
• You have a university degree (BA/BS) and experience in the Card Payment Industry is a plus.
