As a Business Development Manager at Worldline, you'll be the key link for our esteemed clients, driving growth and nurturing relationships. Your role will involve understanding clients' unique challenges, proposing innovative and tailored solutions, and working closely with internal teams to ensure satisfaction and expansion. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients in the petrol industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sector.
- Promote our acquiring services and fuel card acceptance solutions effectively.
- Lead commercial negotiations and oversee contract management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless client solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities diligently.
- Manage the sales pipeline and update the CRM system with opportunities, visits, and contracts.
- Monitor competitor activities within the designated area.
- Support the operational execution of commercial initiatives and special projects promoted by Worldline.
Who Are We Looking For
We look for big thinkers—individuals who drive change, show what’s next, and have a passion for growth. We seek:
- Proven experience in B2B sales.
- Strong knowledge of Petrol market
- Expertise in acquiring services and fuel card acceptance models.
- Knowledge in fuel card schemes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English and Italian languages.
- Availability to travel nationally and occasionally within Europe.
