Day-to-Day Responsibilities

•    Lead a team to gather & study requirements both from Payment Networks and users to define SOW
•    Lead a team to analyze changes required based on the gathered & studied requirements to prepare functional specification
•    Lead a team to perform system design to prepare technical specification
•    Lead a team to code programs from technical specification and review the code
•    Lead a team to plan/perform/support various testing eg. unit test, SIT, UAT etc. and resolve defects found
•    Comply with standards and quality procedures
•    Complete all work within agreed estimate

What are we looking for

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means: 
•    Minimum qualification: IT/Computer Science degree or a similar equivalent
•    Minimum 5 years’ experience in application development/delivery and card payment industry
•    Candidates must have card management system and Payment Networks' experience and knowledge
•    All round knowledge of AS/400 Environment (with COBOL/400 will be an added advantage)
•    Preferably candidate who had experience as team lead prior
•    Good system analysis & design skill
•    Effective communication skills
