Day-to-Day Responsibilities 

• Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts to ensure the quality and performance of software applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects and issues
• Document, assess, and report on software defects and anomalies
• Implement and maintain automated testing processes and tools
• Participate the design and improvement of QA processes and procedures
• Work closely with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in the financial industry is advantageous
• Proven experience in software quality assurance and testing methodologies
• Proficiency in automated testing tools and practices
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
