Job Responsibilities:

 

  • To lead and manage all presales task within the APAC region coverage area with a WIN mind-set.
  • Stay vigilant on the central banks regulatory update and payment market growth.
  • Responsible to gather, analyse and articulate business requirement in order to provide a comprehensive respond to RFP/RFI tender proposal with the best solutions.
  • During presales, to take lead to provide the best solution for customer needs and charter their journey with Worldline solutions.
  • Be responsible in building proposed solution presales material with consolidated information from the Subject Matter Expert and delivery team.
  • Build a strong business relationship and trust with existing and new clients.
  • To maintain regular communications with customer to understand their needs and business direction to ensure Worldline become their first option from time to time.
  • Be the liaison person between client and delivery team for better solution with best practices consideration.
  • Constant gathering of customer requirement and feedback on Worldline product or solutions to be shared to the product team.
  • Assist in providing training to clients based on training deck provided by Subject Matter Expert as and when required.
  • Work closely with Sales Manager to embark new leads/new logos.
  • Work closely with Subject Matter Expertise, delivery team and APAC pre sales team to obtain more product knowledge and market trends.
  • Keeping abreast with the cutting edge market knowledge and technology with each pre sales team members by conducting timely knowledge sharing session as and when required.
  • Pre sales consultant may be requested to create a new or existing product presales presentation kit or training materials for commercial use.
  • Willing to take on additional responsibility to ensure team success and best solutions proposed.
  • Willing to go beyond country level presales activities up to APAC level presales activities
  • Report directly to Country Head Malaysia and functional report to Head of Pre Sales and Business Consultancy, APAC

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Candidate with card payment experience who has been in BFSI or payment industry for minimum 3-5 years are encouraged to apply.
  • Payment enthusiast with working experience even without banking background and extremely excited to excel in this industry will be considered as well.  
  • Candidate with strong fundamental in payment operations or technology will be prioritised.
  • Candidate with IT technical background will be a plus
  • Understanding on local regulatory and compliances will be a plus
  • Those who has experience in selling banking IT solutions or digital payment solutions will be a plus
  • Those who has strong network with BFSI industry for APAC market will be a plus
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Information Systems or equivalent.
  • Good verbal and written communication in English is a must, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin will be an additional advantage
  • Business travelling is required when necessary.
