Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing Enterprise DevOps Architectures
- Installing and maintaining of DevOps tools and delivery pipelines for system
- Support development team on pipeline jobs and tools configuration
- Troubleshooting server or tool issues
- Identifying ways to improve development pipeline with automation
- Work closely with developers and tech leads to set up required CI/CD tools as per specifications
- Managing and operating service components such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, Oracle, and related technologies
- Implementing best practices and standard operating procedures
What We Are Looking For
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with a minimum of 4 years' experience in software development
- At least 5 years of experience working on delivery pipelines and in DevOps and CI/CD context
- Experience in architecting container/DevOps Cloud Native Platform environments, including Pivotal Container Service (PKS), Kubernetes, Docker EE, and Openshift
- Familiarity with Linux, Networking, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of core DevOps Cloud Native Platform technologies, capabilities, and processes such as REST APIs, scripting (Python, Linux Shell/Bash or Ruby), Git, CI/CD principles, automation, message brokers, Agile software development processes, and cloud native software design
- Ability to implement DevOps processes and tools for both existing and Cloud Native applications, as well as streamline application release pipeline and release management.
