The Opportunity
Join Worldline as a Marketing Manager for Enterprise, where you will play a key role in driving growth across Retail while supporting Mobility and Self-Service initiatives at a European level.
In this role, you will operate at the intersection of marketing, sales, and business development, shaping go-to-market strategies that directly impact pipeline generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional and international teams to deliver high-impact campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, and strategic events that position Worldline as a trusted partner for enterprise merchants.
This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-evolving payments landscape, contributing to both regional and global marketing initiatives while enabling sales success and strengthening Worldline’s market positioning.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
· Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with sales priorities, supporting pipeline generation, upsell opportunities, and business growth across enterprise segments.
· Plan and activate multi-channel campaigns including email, digital, paid media, and content to drive engagement, lead generation, and traffic to key assets.
· Partner closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Business Development teams to support strategic opportunities, accelerate deals, and enable account-based marketing initiatives.
· Design and deliver customer and partner events, including executive roundtables and industry trade shows, ensuring strong engagement and measurable business impact.
· Create and manage thought leadership content, including articles, blogs, and campaign assets, supporting PR initiatives and strengthening Worldline’s market positioning.
· Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize ROI and improve marketing effectiveness.

· Proven experience in B2B marketing roles, with strong exposure to enterprise environments, campaign management, and close collaboration with sales teams.
· Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience creating impactful content such as presentations, articles, and marketing assets for different audiences.
· Experience working with digital marketing channels, including email campaigns, paid media, and lead generation activities targeting enterprise accounts.
· Highly collaborative mindset, with strong teamworking capabilities and ability to engage effectively with international stakeholders across regions and business lines.
· Analytical and results-driven approach, with the ability to track performance, measure impact, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
· Proactive, fast learner and solution-oriented profile, with strong ownership, ability to take initiative, bring new ideas, and drive change within the organization.
· Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce and basic design capabilities (e.g. presentation design, visual asset creation) are considered a strong advantage.
