The Opportunity

 

In charge of personal and property security within the company, the Physical Security & Safety (PSS) network ensures the deployment of the companie’s policies. The mission are to identify and assess the threats facing Worldline, by constantly adapting a defense system capable of guaranteeing the physical integrity of employees (international travel, expatriates, etc.), protecting our infrastructure and preserving our skills as well as our know-how.

 

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Revise and update Physical Security & Safety (PSS), contribute to refine the organization's policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Assist the group head by taking charge of PSS targets and strategies within the designated geographical territory.
  • Direct the regional PSS network to align with the organization’s broader objectives.
  • Serve as the main PSS liaison for the region, coordinating actions with local management teams, providing expertise, and ensuring regional practices comply with corporate standards.
  • Identify and assess regional security risks, report to superiors, enact approved resolutions, and supervise their implementation.
  • Facilitate the translation of global PSS policies into localized actions, employing robust analysis to influence decision-making at the corporate level.
  • Manage local PSS performance measures, play a vital role in incident response, and maintain clear communication channels between global headquarters and local offices.

 

Who Are We Looking For

  • You have English (at least B2 level) and other langage skills communication (French is a plus)
  • You have a strong ability to quickly grasp a fast pace international environment or situation.
  • You have strong organizational skills and autonomy
  • You have Human relations skills and the ability to understand an environment on a human level
  • You are known for your adaptability, flexibility and dedication
  • Master’s degree in security/safety with  4 years experience in a physical security & safety management department (corporate experience is a plus) or more than 10 years experience operations oriented as a military or law enforcement.
