As Head of Compensation and Benefits for Iberia, Italy, and Latin America, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and help attract, motivate, and retain talent.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper administration and compliance with HR policies, including management of HRIS platforms, payroll, and relationships with external vendors.
- Oversee the management of the salary increase and benefits budget, ensuring efficiency and resource optimization.
- Ensure proper management and updating of data in HRIS systems and internal databases, guaranteeing reliability and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Administer and lead the implementation of variable compensation programs, salary reviews, and market analyses to maintain competitiveness.
- Manage and coordinate internal and external audits related to data quality and legal compliance.
- Manage relationships with benefits providers, including insurance, ensuring quality of service and favorable negotiations.
- Budget management and control of compensation and benefits line items.
- Administration of bonuses and incentive plans.
- Manage salary reviews: merit, promotion, additional merit, market adjustment, and internal equity.
- Design and manage benefits and well-being programs for workers.
- Long-term incentive plans and tracking.
- Salary and benefits benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.
- Compliance with the salary transparency directive and related reporting.
- Coordination of compensation market surveys and analysis for insights and decision-making.
Experience and required skills:
- University degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or similar.
- Postgraduate qualification in Compensation & Benefits, International Human Resources, or Business Administration is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Desirable: French communication skills.
- Proven experience in defining and managing remuneration and benefits policies in global corporate environments with high organizational complexity.
- In-depth knowledge of local labor law and pay compliance policies.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with salary surveys, benchmarking, and financial modeling.
- Results-oriented and internal customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in dynamic environments.
- Resilience, proactivity, and ability to adapt to business changes and challenges.
