The Opportunity
At Worldline, we are looking for a highly skilled professional to lead the Quality and Environmental area. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, environmental regulations, and the continuous improvement of our processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality and environmental management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or other applicable standards).
- Ensure compliance with current quality and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, as well as certification and renewal of standards.
- Implement continuous improvement plans in production and operational processes.
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and sustainability.
- Promote training and awareness actions in quality and environmental matters within the organization.
- Supervise compliance with legal requirements and the proper management of waste and emissions.

Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing and maintaining Quality and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 9001 / 14001).
- Proficiency in document management and auditing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in IT tools and quality management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (spoken and written).
