Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- You supervise the preparation of all documents related to the hiring but also the update of employee’s files
- You create and update documents useful for the integration of new hires.
- You will follow up and manage sick leave and the declarations of work accidents
- Control and transmission of the data necessary for payroll processing in accordance with the schedule together with the person in charge with payroll.
- You will follow-up of employee’s files
- You organize the various trainings and follow-up on budget and prepare the INFPC file for subsidies
- You support the HRBPs and the HRD with various administrative tasks and HR projects
- You manage the local HR vendors, purchase orders and invoices
- You respond to administrative requests from our collaborators
- You participate in good communication and intra and inter service coordination
- You will handle confidential information

Skills we can’t do without:
- You have a higher education degree.
- You have at least 3 years of experience as an HR professional in an international an agile work environment.
- You are comfortable working with Microsoft office especially excel .
- You are hands-on, flexible and straightforward.
- You are fluent in French and English.
- You have motivation for working in a matrix environment.
Skills we’d like:
- Demonstrable knowledge of all HR functions and standard methodologies
- You possess knowledge of Luxembourgish labor law
- You possess excellent organizational skills and you are at ease both orally and in writing
- You possess advanced knowledge Human Resources tools such a SAP (SuccessFactors, TIM, …. ) and you are eager to learn about new applications.
