Day-to-Day Responsibilities​ 

• Lead a team to analyze requirements from clients for required changes
• Lead a team to design solutions by preparing functional/technical specification
• Lead a team to perform coding and unit test, as well as code review before delivery
• Lead a team to support for system test, user acceptance test, deployment and post production support
• Ensure the team to comply with standards and quality procedures for project delivery
• Ensure the team complete all works within agreed estimated timeline
• Provide guidance to junior team members

What We Are Looking For 

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means: 

• University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other similar equivalent
• All round knowledge of AS/400 Environment (with COBOL400 will be an added advantage)
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in coding for banking application (preferably card payment application)
• Good system analysis skill
• Good leadership skill
• Good in problem root cause finding and solving
• Preferably with experience in project management (certification in project management will be advantage)
• Effective communication skills in English (other language will be advantage)
