Day-to-Day Responsibilities​ 

• Internal collaboration: Work closely with product team and sales team on how to meet customer requirement based on product capability.
• Requirement gathering & Solution Design: Ability to engage the customer at conceptual level to define and elicit functional, non-functional, and technology requirements; and turn these requirements into feasible solution.
• Proposal Development: Lead and responsible in RFI/RFP activities, proposal construction, presentation slide, or other relevant materials to facilitate the proposal.
• Proof of Concept (POC) & Workshop: Lead and responsible in workshop and POC with product team assistance.
• Solution Partnership: Work with company partners in solution cross selling via marketing event or dedicated client workshop. Identify partner capability to fulfil or enrich our software value chain.

What We Are Looking For 

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means: 

• Year of experience: At least 8 years of relevant experiences.
• Domain expertise: Banking and financial services industries in at least 1 of the business line e.g. card issuing, merchant acquiring, consumer loan, payments, cash management, transaction banking or other relevant business line.
• Function expertise: Fulfil at least 1 of the following function e.g management consulting and strategy, software functional consulting, software presales, product implementation, or product strategy and commercialisation.
• Technology literacy: Good understanding in technology know how, able to understand and conceptualise overall solution architecture in the aspect of application and infrastructure. In depth knowledge in IBM Z, IBM I-Series, microservices, or containerise platform will be added advantage.
• Language: Strong English command in both writing and verbal. Native in other languages e.g Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese, Tagalog will be added advantage.
