Duties & Responsibilities:
- To be a centre of expert knowledge for one or more Worldline Payment System Products
- To provide training to Customers and Internal staff
- To develop Statement of Requirements and Functional Specifications
- To review Functional, Technical Specifications and System Test Plans
- To use product knowledge to assist in creating project estimates
- To support Project teams throughout the development life-cycle
- To participate in the on-going development of Worldline Payment System Products
- To lead a development project responsible for the design and development of new features of Worldline Payment System Products
- To provide consultation to work closely with clients for understanding their business requirements and analysis existing systems and processes to identify areas for enhancement to align with clients’ goals.
Requirements:
- Degree or above in IT or any relevant disciplines
- At least 10 years’ solid experience in operating IBM i (previously known as IBM AS/400) and COBOL programming language
- Excellent knowledge of the Credit Card Industry and Payment Systems
- Good knowledge of the Financial/Banking Industry in general
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to assimilate customer requirements and design appropriate functional solutions
- The ability to project a confident, knowledgeable and professional image when dealing with customers
