Duties & Responsibilities:
 

• Manage and monitor implementation project delivery
• Analyze changes required based on requirement specification (Payment Networks’ and CardLinK’s user request)
• Perform design based on the requirements, create both functional and technical specifications
• Code programs from technical specification
• Ensure that the code is reviewed before testing begins
• Produce a unit test plan and perform the test
• Perform system testing from system test plan and resolve defects found
• Comply with standards and quality procedures
• Complete all work within agreed estimate
• Report progress to the project manager or implementation project delivery lead
• Present to customers and conduct training
• To provide consultation to work closely with clients for understanding their business requirements and analysis existing systems and processes to identify areas for enhancement to align with clients’ goals.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in IT or any relevant disciplines
• At least 10 years’ solid experience in IBM z/OS environment and COBOL programming language
• Excellent knowledge of the Credit Card Industry and Payment Systems
• Good knowledge of the Financial/Banking Industry in general
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to assimilate customer requirements and design appropriate functional solutions
• The ability to project a confident, knowledgeable and professional image when dealing with customers
