As a telematics service provider (TI), Worldline has been supporting the development and operation of secure, reliable and future-proof TI components and TI access solutions within and outside of the German healthcare system since the very beginning. With over 350,000 eHealth card terminals installed in practices, clinics and pharmacies, Worldline is the market leader in the German healthcare system and has extensive and many years of expertise in connectivity and identity management solutions, including for health insurance companies.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Dialogue with the EMS as a central interface (internal dialogue with the specialist departments)
  • Creation and maintenance of parts lists. (e.g. transfer of data to Agile), production documents (such as drawings) and process descriptions (such as test instructions, conversion instructions)
  • Monitoring of suppliers' purchasing processes (keyword long-term availability)
  • Quality assurance with a focus on the production area
  • Monitoring of EOL messages and resolution of EOL situations (supplier contacts for alternative components)
  • Purchasing support (e.g. checking open calculations)
  • Support from sources/producers specified by us.
  • (e.g. monitoring the tool condition of the plastic molds to ensure availability when needed)
  • Support EMS in quality issues for Worldline-specific parts
  • (Keyboard, housing parts, display covers, etc. The main responsibility lies with EMS)
  • Incoming goods inspections for sales items (devices and accessories)
  • Monitoring inventory levels
  • Implementation of the forecast in the delivery plan, in dialogue with the EMS
  • Support of the logistics area (keyword safe warehousing and shipping)

 

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

  • Completed technical training with further training to become a master craftsman or technician, alternatively completed technical studies
  • Familiarity with QA processes
  • Several years of professional experience in/with the manufacturing industry, ideally manufacturing electronic devices
  • Experienced use of MS Office
  • Basic knowledge of SAP advantageous
  • Very good knowledge of German and good English
  • Willingness to be deployed to EMS locations
