The Opportunity
Within Worldline's Merchant Services Business Line, the Enterprise Division targets large international players with omnichannel payment solutions. To support our growth in Europe, we need talent to support our team who is responsible to handle incoming leads and assigned indirect partner relations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Sales and Account Management:
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing assigned clients to drive sales growth.
• Monitor client accounts to ensure they receive excellent service and address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients. Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives and campaigns.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory or customer segment, guide the team on Fairs and events of the industry.
Inside Sales and Support:
• Provide comprehensive support to the verticals sales team, handling general inquiries and setup-related questions
• For incoming Leads - Conduct introductory calls with customers, guiding them through contract documents and ensuring they understand the terms.
• Review contracts upon receipt, identifying and addressing any missing points or discrepancies. Inject the contract into the onboarding process and communicate the successful onboarding to your customer.
• Handle customer inquiries after the setup process, ensuring ongoing support and satisfaction.
• Support your assigned partners with their growth, new locations additional TD help them collecting the contracts and documents needed.
• Manage the vending mailbox and handle escalations efficiently.
• Manage the digital contract collection tool used for this process.
• Provide Trainings to our partners to understand the Acquiring reselling business and the basic KYC/AML principles. Make it easy for them to resell Worldline acquiring based on a good understanding of the product.
Who Are We Looking For
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:
• 3+ years of experience in similar roles, with Bachelor's or Master's degree in the related field; and knowledge of sales processes.
• You have proven experience in Acquiring contract onboarding and support. And, hold experience with sales and customer facing activities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional proficiency in English, German - Additional languages (Italian, French) are a plus.
• You are a team player: you are comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders.
• Communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management capabilities; ability to identify discrepancies in contracts and documents.
• You are flexible and open to adapting to market changes.
