Günlük Sorumluluklarınız:
· Test işleri: Çeşitli bankacılık ve katma değerli hizmet uygulamalarının uyumluluk testlerini yapar. Testlerde rastlanan bulguları raporlar ve takibini yapar. Test süreçlerinde zaman içinde iyileştirmeler yapar.
· Cihaz hazırlığı: Müşterilerin geliştirme ve testlerinde kullanacağı test POS cihazlarını hazırlar, cihazlara uygulamaları kurar, gerekli ayarları yapar ve hazırlanan cihazların firmalara gönderimini yapar.
· Destek işleri: Sahadan ya da müşterilerden gelen bulguları çeşitli testler ve denemeler yaparak oluşturmaya çalışır. Kapsamlı bir şekilde inceler. Yazılım ekiplerine bulgularla ilgili tüm detayları iletir ve bulgular çözülene kadar takibini yapar.
· Dokümantasyon & eğitim: Banka ve katma değerli uygulamalar, cihaz donanım & yazılım özellikleri, entegrasyon protokolleri gibi konularda kılavuz dokümanlar hazırlar. Gerektiğinde müşterilere eğitim verir.
Aranan kriterler:
· En az lise mezunu olmak.
· Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook gibi ofis programlarında yetkin olmak.
· Jira, Redmine gibi bulgu & proje takip sistemleri hakkında bilgi sahibi olmak, tercihen en az birini kullanmış olmak.
· Sorunları ve talepleri tespit ederek çözüm üretmeye istekli olmak.
· İş yükü ve yapılması gerekenleri günlük bazda önceliklendirip zamanı etkin şekilde kullanabilmek.
· Etkin iletişim kurabilmek ve takım çalışmasına önem vermek.
· Müşteri memnuniyeti odaklı olmak.
· Yapılan işlerde dikkatli ve özenli ve sonuç odaklı olmak.
· Gerektiğinde destek için saha ziyareti ve müşteri ortamında çalışmaya açık olmak.
· Teknik yazışma yapabilecek seviyede İngilizce bilmek tercih sebebidir.
· B sınıfı ehliyete sahip olmak ve aktif olarak araç kullanıyor olmak.
