Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Collaborate with software development teams to design, implement, and test software applications and tools.
• Assist in the development of new features and enhancements for existing software solutions.
  Conduct debugging and troubleshooting of software issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Support the documentation of software requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and solutions to improve software products and processes.
• Assist in maintaining and updating existing codebases and documentation.

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
• Understanding of database management systems (e.g., SQL) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
