We are committed to continuous improvement. We are always looking for new and innovative ways to improve quality, reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction We are looking for an organized, innovative end to end tester to come join our team

 

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • You ensure the quality of the end to end services and solutions by defining the test strategy of the project, the Master Test Plan.
  • You evaluate the quality, costs and timings based on the project scope, project studies and customer requirements.
  • You describe the scope of the tests, the different test phases to follow, the partners involved, the needs in terms of competencies, infrastructure and materials.
  • You follow all test activities and report to a project coordinator.

 

Signs of success

  • You lead, follow-up and coach the test teammates assigned on the project.
  • You respect allowed budget and committed milestones and follow blocking issues.
  • You propose workarounds to speed-up execution of the tests.
  • You write audit reports, including risks assessment
  • You validate the test-scripts written by application testers and the test results
  • You ensure the end-to-end test coverage, determine regression tests set at end of the project cycle for next non-regression readiness.
  • You ensure training and project knowledge handover for non-regression and maintenance purposes.

 

Skills we can’t do without:

  • UNIX- and SQL-Database knowledge
  • Know-how of “Cashless payment” methods is an advantage  
  • Agile mindset with strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
  • Well skilled and highly motivated
  • Bachelor or Master in Computer Science
  • Fluent in English

 

Skills we’d like:

  • A part from English, good working level in German or French is a plus
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately, within an international team or on an individual basis under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Strong organization and social skills
  • Ability to pass on knowledge
  • Significant experience in problem solving and decision-making techniques
  • Show flexibility and adaptability within the workplace
  • Drive to continue to grow professional capabilities with ongoing training and educational opportunities
  • Relentless will to learn new things and continuously improve
