Job Title: RPA & Automation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced RPA professional to evolve into a Hyperautomation Specialist role. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in developing and deploying UiPath solutions and will now be responsible for expanding automation capabilities using AI/ML, intelligent document processing, process mining, and low-code tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
• Integrate RPA solutions with AI/ML models, APIs, OCR engines, and enterprise systems
• Collaborate with business and Innovation & AI teams to implement Hyperautomation solutions involving:
• Low-code/no-code platforms
• AI/ML services (e.g., NLP, classification, prediction)
• Intelligent document processing (IDP)
• Monitor and maintain existing automations and ensure their scalability and compliance.
• Participate in solution architecture, governance, and automation lifecycle management.
• Prepare technical documentation and training materials for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with RPA platforms.
• Experience or strong interest in expanding into Hyperautomation technologies.
• Good understanding of API integration, cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS), and database querying (SQL).
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and intelligent automation use cases.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• UiPath certifications (Advanced Developer, Solution Architect, or Hyperautomation Specialist).
• Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools.
• Hands-on experience with process mining or task capture tools.

Exposure to AI-based solutions like chatbots, sentiment analysis, or computer vision.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and version control tools (e.g., Git).
