Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Candidate should be able to install & implement Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Candidate should be able to manage and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases including troubleshooting, patching, configuring, solving incidents.
• Candidate should be able to collaborate in database-related projects.
• Candidate should be able to analyze alarms.
• Candidate should be able to apply defined procedures.
• Candidate should be able to work on Service Now tool and should be able to follow all the guideline’s as defined.
• Candidate should be able to communicate well to respective counter parts and concern team members.
• Candidate should be able to perform the defined tasks without any much support from others.’

Who Are We Looking For

• 8+ Years of relevant experience
• Participation in on-call duties
• Good knowledge about MS SQL Server  architecture and administration including special features e.g. Always-On.
• Knowledge of MS SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Analysis Services (SSAS) and Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Hands on expertise regarding all operational daily administration tasks and maintenance work
• Knowledge to perform  upgrades, migrations and apply patches.
• Experience in T-SQL Scripting
• Good knowledge of Database security issues and ability to design and implement security measures.
• Experience in disaster recovery solutions and testing.
• Performance tuning, performance management and capacity planning experience.
• Skills analogous to MS SQL Server in the area of PostgreSQL
• Payments domain Experience.
• Service Now Experience
