The Opportunity

Our role is uniquely positioned at the intersection of technical coordination and customer service excellence. You will be part of our developer team driving positive change and possess a passion for delivering exceptional service while managing detailed development tasks, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Develop and maintain SpringBoot applications using Java programming language. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions. 

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets industry standards and best practices. 

• Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications, and provide timely resolutions. 

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. 

• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development, and apply them to improve the quality and performance of applications. 

• Write and execute unit tests to ensure the reliability and functionality of code. 

• Work with databases and data structures to store, retrieve, and manipulate data. 

• Implement security measures to protect applications from potential threats and vulnerabilities. 

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

• 5 to 6 years of experience in java & Spring Boot 

• Acting as a Technical Expert for designing, developing, coding, testing an debugging new software 

• Knowledgeable in software development design patterns Nice to have 

• Providing specific inputs for Software components of system design to include Hardware and contact requirements analysis. 

• Good to have GIT, Swagger, Rabbit MQ 

• Good API skills technology such as Rest Webservice 

• Experience on creating unit test using Junit or Mockito 

• Experience on markup language such as JSON and YML 

• Experience on using Quality and Security scan tools such as Sonar, Fortify and WebInspect 

• Experienced on Agile methodology. 

• Good English communication skill (verbal and written) 

• Work experience in the Banking industry is a plus 

• Constantly educate yourself on new approaches and technology 

• Creating and deploying microservices using the Spring Boot framework 

• Knowledge of how streaming systems such as Kafka operate
