The Opportunity

 

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Relationship Executive and take charge of managing relationships with our existing merchants while paving the way for new prospects to seamlessly join our platform. Your role will involve supporting merchants through the digital application process and ensuring the validation of leads before onboarding. With a focus on achieving activation, retention, and sales targets, you'll leverage your persuasive communication skills and product expertise to drive success. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to existing merchants and proactively help the merchants addressing concerns that they may be having while using Worldline services.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and accurately document relevant information.
  • Reach out to prospects who may not have completed DIY onboarding journey and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the individual needs and preferences of each prospect. Handle objections effectively and negotiate terms to close sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the account management and sales process to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulations and ethical standards.

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a call center or inside sales environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and engaging demeanor.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with customers.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand product features, benefits, and value propositions.
