You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

We are looking for a Data Analyst to maintain and update data with the focus on Configuration Management

FS Delivery Center Merchant & Acquiring Services

You’ll be part of an international team Operational Control.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Maintain the Configuration management database  (CMDB) based on given input
• Checking data related to Configuration management
• Process the obtained data and convert it into easy to use reporting
• Assist on the monthly KPI / Operating Excellence reporting
• Suggest improvements on reporting.
• Preparing (adhoc) reports and presentations

Who Are We Looking For

We look for someone wo is accurate with affinity for data relations who dreams of Excel. People with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

• 4+ Years of relevant experience
• You are specialist in Microsoft excel, the latest 365 version-tables; slicers; Power Pivot; Power Query; graphs
• sql to make queries to retrieve data
• Knowledge about Service Now, including reporting
• Accurate and affinity with numbers
• Professional and result oriented team-player
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English

Nice to have Skills:

• Knowledge on reporting tools like PowerBI Good grasp of security best practices
