Join a team with a global presence across the different regions, engaging with leading brands in the Airlines, Travel, and Hospitality sectors. Gain or expand your knowledge of e-commerce payments within the growing eTravel industry, which is evolving rapidly across various markets and consumer demographics. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Work with our airline and eTravel customers to understand their unique needs and future-proof the relationship by proactively addressing their payment requirements.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of industry trends and customer behaviors to identify gaps, informing our planning and execution strategies.
- Drive the success and growth of your merchant by collaborating with Consulting Services, Control, and other relevant teams to facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic planning sessions.
- Make regular visits to customer headquarters to understand their priorities and craft compelling, fact-based presentations for assigned accounts.
- Drive all commercial activities, including contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and achieving revenue targets.

- You serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, effectively navigating them through our company’s resources and collaborating with an assembled team that includes Operational and Administrative professionals.
- You maximize growth opportunities by increasing share of wallet and delivering additional revenue streams through upselling new products, value-added services, and foreign exchange solutions.
- You deliver optimal solutions by evaluating various alternatives and exploring adaptations of policies, procedures, and techniques to meet customer needs effectively.
