The Opportunity
Lead the design of seamless, engaging experiences for our global payment solutions. Be a founder of our new design system which will have to ensure consistency and excellence across all products. Worldline has many products but no single Design System... Yet! Next to the Design System you’ll also work on different systems as a Product Designer. A versatile role allowing you to improve your skillset as a designer.
Your work will influence how merchants, banks, retailers, and consumers interact worldwide. You’ll turn complex requirements into beautiful, elegant interfaces that users trust and love.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Design intuitive interfaces for complex payment solutions that delight users.
• Build, extend, and maintain our design system — a foundation for consistency across our solutions.
• Transform business needs into clear, compelling designs and interactions.
• Participate in design sprints and user testing to refine your work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a top-notch user experience.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh ideas that push our standards higher.
• Become an active member in the UX team consisting of 11 Designers & Researchers.
Who Are We Looking For
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:
• 3+ years of experience in UX and visual design, with a strong track record in design systems.
• HandsOn/Skilled in Figma.
• A portfolio showing your best design work.
• Passionate about pixel-perfect UI, micro-interactions, and micro-animations.
• Experienced working in fast-paced environments , experience in the payment sector is a plus.
• Confident in presenting to and influencing stakeholders.
• Eager to take on bigger challenges and work on high-impact projects.
• A team player who thrives on collaboration and innovation.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• You are eligible to work in the Netherlands or Sweden.
