The Opportunity

If you are seeking a job in HR,  then get ready to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania! In this role, you will work with the outstanding team that will support and guide you through your job, and you will report directly to the HR Business Partner.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Enter employee data into various HR systems and create reports regarding personnel according to HR BP request
• Prepare employment contracts and amendments (in accordance with Lithuania`s legislation requirements)
• Participate in HR projects (training, work efficiency, people development, onboarding, etc.)
• Compose HR reports (employee turnover,  exit reasons, etc.)
• Handle the onboarding and offboarding in Lithuania
• Organize Health & Safety processes in cooperation with external providers
• Take care of the office in Vilnius (ordering coffee, tea, and stationery/ communication with the landlord)
• Support Baltics’ managers and employees with daily HR operational tasks

What We Are Looking For

• Educational background in Human Resources or a related field
• At least 2 years of professional background as an HR Specialist
• Proven experience with HR data processing and entry into systems
• Experience with HR administrative tasks (employment contract preparation, amendments preparation, etc.)
• Knowledge of Lithuanian labor law
• Good knowledge using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and accuracy in working with data
• Full working proficiency in Lithuanian and good knowledge of English
