The Opportunity

FCC Strategy & Transformation is a critical function for Worldline, enabling consistent and transparent delivery and follow-up of group-wide projects related to Financial Crime Compliance. The function ensures that the planning and delivery is aligned to priorities, time and quality.

You will work cross-functionally with various Group teams (Risk, Technology & Data, Legal, Audit), as well as local second-line and first-line functions. Your focus will be on planning, definition, steering, reporting and delivery.

 

 Day-to-Day Responsibilities

 

  • Project Management using structured methodologies
  • Initiation, planning, running, steering and controlling projects for successful completion
  • Stakeholder identification, engagement and liaison
  • Developing and communicating detailed planning, including dependency management
  • Management a follow-up to ensure projects are on time, to quality and within budget
  • Conduct “lessons learned” to identify and implement improvements
  • Provide project updates to key stakeholders

 

Who Are We Looking For

 

  • Education/Experience in project management and financial crime compliance
  • 2+ years demonstrable experience in project and project management
  • 2+ years in a financial crime compliance role
  • English proficiency; other European languages are a plus
  • Solid ability to connect with different people from diverse functions and cultural backgrounds
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Independent, detail-oriented, proactive, and assertive attitude
  • Knowledge/Experience in Payment Technology and/or Business is a plus.
