The Opportunity

Join our team as a Business Development Manager specialized in omnichannel payment acceptance, a role at a leading company delivering innovative electronic payments solutions. Be part of a dynamic, growth-minded team focused on expanding our Iberia footprint and broader European reach. You’ll drive business development and forge strategic customer relationships, weaving together market insight, persuasive storytelling, and practical payment expertise to accelerate our customers’ success and our company’s growth.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new clients in Retail across Iberia (Spain and Portugal) and Europe, driving pipeline with speed and precision.
  • Collaborate on strategies to expand the client portfolio and increase market share in Iberia and internationally.
  • Establish long-term relationships with prospective clients, understanding their goals to tailor proven payment solutions.
  • Prepare and present compelling commercial proposals, translating complex capabilities into tangible business value.
  • Demonstrate the capabilities and competitive advantages of our omnichannel payment solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams (product, engineering, and support) to ensure effective implementation and customer satisfaction.

  • Proven track record in B2B sales within payments or fintech, with a focus on Retail and omnichannel solutions.
  • Strong relational skills and the ability to build trust quickly with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent discovery, qualification, and negotiation skills; able to close complex deals.
  • Strong English and Spanish communication skills required, any other european languages will be highly valuable.
  • Self-starter, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with travel within Iberia and Europe as needed.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a bias toward solution selling and value creation.
